Today I show you how I change out the OEM springs and shocks on my 2014 Honda Odyssey mini-van. It's simple enough to do if you have the right equipment and a little know how around tools.

Things you will need are: socket wrenches, 14mm socket, 17mm socket, socket extensions, jack stands, floor jacks, trolley jacks, torque wrench, crowbar, gloves, elbow muscles and of course my video :)

I bought all my OEM Honda parts online. I have no affiliation with Honda or was I sponsored to make this video. I purchased all the items with my own money.
