In this second part of our back yard renovation series, we brought a crew in to dig out the stumps and rocks as well as level the ground to make way for seeding! It was so cool watching the mini excavator and skid steer run around and get stuff done!

I am so excited to finally have a legit lawn to take care of at our house!

Cost so far:
- Clearing trees and brush: $0 (I did all this on my own)
- Digging Stumps and leveling the ground (1/2 acre): $5500
