I decided to compare my Takahashi FC100DC to a StellaMira 125mm ED I've borrowed to see how they compare for planetary imaging. I tried to remove as much uncertainty as possible by stacking the same number of frames with the same settings then processing with the same saved wavelet settings. In both cases I used the same 2.5x Barlow lens to increase image scale, as well as the same ZWO ASI462mc camera.
