Footage of President Joseph Mobutu of Congo-Kinshasa accompanying President Jean Bedel Bokassa of the Central African Republic and President Francois Tombalbaye of Chad on a visit to industrial centres in Kishasa.
The visit came after the signing in Fort Lamy (Later N'Djamena), Chad of a three-nation Central African Customs Union.
The visiting presidents went to a bottle-making factory and a factory which made margerine.
