Take a look at the highlights of the 13th Knowledge Exchange Conference with the theme “Optimizing eCenter Resources and Modern ICT Affordances for Community Development.” held last April 17-18,2018 at the Sison Auditorium Lingayen, Pangasinan.

The Knowledge Exchange Conference (KEC) on eCenters is an annual gathering of ICT4D and Public Internet Access advocates which include Local Chief Executives, Knowledge Managers/Workers and other eCenter stakeholders in the country particularly Tech4ED Centers. It is considered to be a venue where networking is espoused, best practices on eCenter operations, services and applications are shared, ICT trends and updates are unveiled, and products are showcased. eCenters were established primarily to provide Internet access to the public or to connect and link the community to cyberspace.
