35-year-old engineer Nimal Raghavan who returned from Dubai five years ago, has made it his mission to rejuvenate Tamil Nadu's lakes. His projects are underway in J&K, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh & with crowdfunding as well as villagers' support, he is on his way to restore all dried-up lakes till none remains.
