Voxtur Analytics Corp. (TSXV:VXTR) closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from 78 placees including a company controlled by Peter Hyde subscribed for 6,428,571 common shares, to hold 13,446,052 shares in the transaction, aggregate pro group for 4,689,473 shares. The company has paid finder’s fees and advisory fees of CAD 1,417,927.52 in cash to Mariusz Skonieczny, TD Waterhouse Canada Inc., Goodwood Inc., and Cormark Securities Inc. TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the transaction. The company received $738,627 (CAD 940,070.7273) from eight investors pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.

In 2023, Mariusz Skonieczny also received CAD $150,000 compensation in advisory fees. The entire CAD $150k plus CAD $350k was invested in CAD $0.20 private placement that closed in September 2023.
