Learn how to make a super versatile herb infused oil PROPERLY. Plus i teach you how to make a super easy pasta dish from scratch, and a salad that tastes of italy!

For the herb oil I used about 8 garlic cloves, toasted off in a medium high heat saute pan, then turned of the heat and added a nice bunch of oregano, as the heat cooled further i added basil and parsley. for the amounts just use common sense. after all the herbs have been added bring the heat up for a mere few seconds until it gets to about 90 degrees and then allow to cool once more then bottle it up and refrigerate. the oil will be good for weeks perhaps months.

pasta:
250g 00 flour
12 egg yolks. b
mix together until it forms a solid mass, then knead with both hands for about 10 minutes, you will feel it get nice and smooth, then cover and rest at room temp for 30 minutes. after which you can roll out either using a machine or a rolling pin a link to machine will be down below with all my other links. once you have achieved the desired thickness of your sheets, cut into whatever size pasta you want and add a tablespoon of salt and oil to a pan of boiling water then reduce the heat to a low simmer, add the pasta for 2 minutes then strain, add as much oil , lemon juice and cheese to it you want, some cracked pepper and salt to finish . easy peasy.

for the salad dressing :
1.5 tsp of dijon added to 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, whisk together and add a teaspoon of roasted garlic if you want , if not just add a teaspoon of garlic powder. slowly add your oil until it is nice and salad dressingy thick.
