Now GA4 is super confusing when you start with it, that said there is a powerful way to make it much better and tailored to your needs, and I think this is so underutilized feature. Because you can actually customize what you see in the menus, and remove everything that is confusing to you and then you can do the same to the Google Analytics 4 reports.
