Not sure what's up with @mezcotoyz custom service...I submitted an issue on their site a few weeks back. Received a reply the next day to attach photos. Sent those off, and since then, nothing. Sent a follow up, nothing. 3 weeks now...All this under the rule that I have to contact them within 10 days of receiving the item, it's something I don't wanna have to worry about with a $150 figure. Have you ever had GOOD toy customer service with any company? Help me get the message out PLEASE

update: 9/7/2022 received a reply from Mezco that they're sending a replacement! took 4 weeks, but got a response
