1 Bowl of rice with 1 egg! A simple and delicious leftover rice cheese ball recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
350g Leftover rice
Welcome to my cannel
1 Egg
Crack egg
20g Red bell pepper
15g Green Onion
20g Yellow bell pepper
15g Bread crumbs
20g Parmesan cheese
50g Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Black pepper
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Mix well
Corn flake crumbs
Water
Make a ball like this
Cover the ball with bread crumbs
Repeat
Vegetable oil
Medium heat
Add the ball into the oil
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Fry the the rest
Done !
