Charles Hoskinson is the founder of Cardano, temporarily the #3 Cryptocurrency by market cap. Richard Heart founded HEX, a revolutionary crypto that is designed better than Bitcoin and was complete when it launched in 2019, unlike Cardano, which is a promise coin.
Richard notes that Cardano has the same technical specifications as #DOGE coin, which has only a "send" function currently. He compares Cardano to EOS, which was supposed to be an "Ethereum killer" because it promised higher transactions per second, but never lived up to the hype because the EOS price fell and its value never existed in the first place.
