I bought this 1989 Kawasaki TS 650 with the trailer from a guy who was going to "fix it up". The trailer was last registered in 2007 and the ski registration expired in 2008, so it had not been used in about 15 years. The trailer had sunk into the earth and had a flat tire, once we dragged it to his driveway and inflated the tire I was able to pay him and tow it away. The engine was FULL of 2 stroke oil, but that was probably a good thing because it prevented it from rust seizing. It took a lot of cranking to clear the engine of the oil so that I could get it to start up. The gas tank was completely empty so I added a couple gallons to it. Once running it was very smokey because of the large amount of 2 stroke oil that was in it. I was able to get it running and it seemed to be running on the gas tank toward the end of the video. I did smoke out the neighborhood, but they should be used to that by now.
