Blink and you’ll miss it! Check out this time-lapse video showing the installation of an elevated storage tank. The tank is one of many investments associated with Alliance Regional Water Authority’s massive water program spanning 85 miles and three Texas counties. Pape-Dawson is providing construction management and inspection services for the program which will provide drinking water for Central Texas residents.
