During the last Trackday we did a little comparison: Golf 7 R vs TCR. I was driving the Golf R of Peter and was chased by Speedy in his TCR. I never drove this modified R before so it was challenging to push the car from the very first moment. But we did a decent lap! The R goes like nuts in a straight line but suffers bit in corners due to the weight. The pace is quite similiar, we did a lap of around 8:05 with traffic.
