Gratuity is a lump sum amount paid by the employer to the employee as a token of appreciation for the services they have provided for the company. It is one kind of an end-of-service benefit for the employees in Dubai

According to the UAE’s new labor law – every unlimited contract will be changed into a limited contract by the end of year 2022.

There are two calculation basis for the gratuity.
One is if you have worked for 1 till 5 years in the company.
Other is when you have worked for more than 5 years in the company.
