This episode, we are doing a bit of crossover with ABlogToWatch, whose host Ariel Adams joins us for the DBX review, bringing along a pair of Girard Perregaux Laureato watches to share. Girard Perregaux is the official time keeper of Aston Martin Formula 1 Racing. The Aston Martin DBX is the boutique automaker's first SUV, and its success is incredibly important to the survival of the brand. Unlike many other sporty SUV's, the DBX is not platform-shared, which allows it to look, well, like an Aston Martin. It's got the hot-rod 4.0L V8 from Mercedes-AMG, and the Benz's gearbox as well, but unique shift programming, exhaust tuning, and steering give the DBX a feel all its own.
