The best piece of advice that BAFTA-nominee Millicent Simmonds has ever received, is to "see everything from a big-picture perspective". This particular piece of guidance came from her parents, and she says it's proven to be invaluable.

"Whatever I’m doing, I think about how that’s going to impact me in my future and to consider what I want out of my future and what kind of person I want to be," she tells us, in our exclusive video interview. "So I really try to take a big world view of life itself and what I want out of life, and I’ve found that advice has really helped me."
