Colleen Langner is executive vice president and chief operations officer at Cox Communications, America’s largest privately held telecommunications company. Langner leads a diverse workforce of nearly 5,500 employees responsible for field operations, customer experience, strategy, new growth, market expansions, corporate communications and public affairs.

With more than 25 years of experience at Cox, Colleen has held pivotal senior positions across marketing, sales, and operations, both at the market and corporate levels. Her dedication and impactful contributions to the telecommunications sector have garnered recognition from esteemed organizations. Notably, she was honored as the Woman of the Year by the WICT Network, an accolade that underscores her role in fostering transformative women leaders within the industry.

Colleen extends her impact through board roles at iNDemand, Adaptive Spirit, and the CTAM Educational Foundation. She also serves as a trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
