The Ford Explorer has been the ubiquitous mid-sized SUV in the US, but here in the Philippines, it is considered to be a premium Executive SUV that one drives when they made it to a high position in their company. The 5th generation Explorer has been sold in the Philippines since 2012, with few updates here and there. In this Filipino car review, I take on the features of the Explorer and drive it around town just to see if it still has the chops to take on the new arrivals from Japanese and Korean car makers.
