According to Joel, the model portfolio for Gotham is in the 94th percentile towards cheap, and when that has been true in the past the portfolio has ripped 63% over the next 2 years. In contrast, the S&P is in the 27th percentile towards expensive, which historically has produced returns of 17% over the next 2 years.
