People pleasing is a symptom of a limiting belief that we are valued, first and foremost, for what we do, not who we are. Those who people please will neglect their own self-care in order to meet the wants and needs of others. But once we realize that love and approval are always available, a change can happen. Use these affirmations daily to stop people pleasing and start prioritizing your own needs. Not only will you find that you set better boundaries with others, but you will also rebuild your self-esteem and realize you are worthy as you are.
