This family in Peters Township came to us looking to expand upon their back yard with an in-ground pool as well as renovate the front landscaping. Our team delivered an updated space in the back that includes 2 sets of steps, one from each side of the yard leading to a paver patio with Brussels block in sandstone. In one corner sits a formal dining area the family can dine with friends and family. This area has an inlay to help set the area apart from the rest of the patio. The edge of this portion of the patio has a knee wall with columns surrounding it with lighting so the cozy ambiance can be enjoyed into the nighttime hours. Lighting is incorporated into the knee wall along the backside of the house which is edged with landscaping.

The custom in-ground pool is an 18’ x 38’ Family Fun Style pool with built-in auto cover. The Coverstar automatic cover not only saves on cleaning time by keeping dirt and debris out of the pool. It also acts as a passive solar heater and reduces the evaporation of water as well as the consumption of chemicals. The glass waterline tile complements the transparency of the water while the Diamond Brite plaster floor adds vibrancy while the lights are on and helps resist stains and etching caused by harsh pool chemicals. The shallow end is home to a custom step entry made just for this family.
