Hey everyone, Today I'm gonna forge Damascus Karambit Knife out of rusty leaf spring inspired by infamous Lucifer's Demon Dagger. Forging a Karambit knife blends ancient Damascus steel techniques with modern methods, creating a blade that honors centuries of tradition. Each hammer strike echoes the strength and beauty of Damascus steel, renowned for its sharpness and history. From ancient origins to today's craftsmanship, this blade represents the enduring legacy of warriors and skilled makers. Watch out the whole video you'll enjoy it.

First, I choose and cut the leaf spring into iron bars, then added 4340 iron strips, welding them together to create a solid foundation. With the raw materials prepared, I began the forging process, carefully shaping the metal with precise hammer strikes. To achieve the desired Damascus pattern, I meticulously twisted the iron, creating intricate designs that would enhance the beauty of the final blade. Once the Damascus pattern was achieved, I focused on refining the blade, meticulously hand-sanding it to ensure a razor-sharp edge.

With the blade perfected, I turned my attention to crafting the handle, using the same Damascus iron pieces to create a unique and cohesive design. Each piece was carefully shaped and assembled, ensuring a comfortable grip and seamless integration with the blade. Finally, I crafted a sheath out of pure leather, providing both protection and a stylish finishing touch to the completed Karambit knife.
