I posted this because it seemed that the brakes kept locking up after I hit a tree stump. I later figured out that the brake pedal or the metal body had bent or shifted just enough for the brake pedal to catch on the metal body when you release your foot. So it was not retracting all the way and sticking on the brake. I just need to bend the pedal arm over or the metal body so there is no rubbing.
