Simply pair the soil sensors to your Moen Smart Sprinkler Controller and place one per zone throughout your property. Once inserted flush into the ground, the Moen Smart Wireless Soil Sensors measure the soil moisture and temperature levels at 1, 3 and 5 inch depths to determine if the soil moisture is above or below the set moisture thresholds which can be customized in the Smart Water App.
