Lasagna Recipe (approximate measurements 😀)

1 box lasagna noodles
2 jars marinara sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
onion flakes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
32 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz cottage cheese
1/3 cup parmesan
1 egg
3 cups mozzarella

Soak noodles in very hot water for 20-30 min until soft. Brown beef with seasonings, drain. Add tomato sauce and simmer until tender. Season sauce to taste.

Mix together ricotta, cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, and season with pepper and Italian seasoning.

Grease baking pan. Add a layer of sauce to the bottom. Layer on 3 noodles, cheese mixture, sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until you have 3 layers of noodles. Top with sauce and mozzarella.

Bake at 400 for about 1 hour. Let rest for at least 15 mins before cutting.
