The N2B goose couple on the ground with one gosling. The last two goslings to jump did not reunite with the parents. No knowledge as to what happened to them. Someone is on the ground searching for them. How about a moonlight swim? The gosling has had quite a workout today. Blessing to this goose family. Have a happy life. **Four eggs were laid. There was a scuffle on the nest on April 1 when an intruder goose came into the nest and laid an egg. The resident goose pair attempted to defend their nest rights which went on for several minutes. The goose laid an egg and eventually flew off the nest. In the scuffle one of the original goose eggs got pushed to the side of the nest and eventually accidentally knocked off the nest. There were three original eggs and one intruder egg in this clutch. Only three of the eggs are due to hatch. But it will be interesting to see if it does hatch. If you missed that video click the link below.
