Driving Carl Crazy

Carl is trying to deal with high blood pressure, but instead of listening to his doctor, he takes waiting room advice ("3-2-1, 1-2-3, what the heck is bothering me?"). It's put to the test when Urkel asks him to give him some driving lessons to impress Laura.
