I Agree but feed that back to the resellers not to me please, Im in the same boat as you Im just a guy that bought them. If you want cheap check out Sonax containers and spiggots or the ones in the Tolco Catalogue or in the USA a company called US plastics have a cheaper alternative with good container profile. This gear is for Laboratory grade. Carry on reading as well.

Ok so these are made by a German company called Burkle (who dont reply to product enquiries, always a nice touch). In my opinion the threads to the compact spigots are prone to weeping and require fettling with PTFE tape and like flipping the PE gasket around etc.. until you can stop the weep. I have 8 of them now and 4 have PTFE tape on to stop the weeping. Follow the instructions for installing the spiggots dont over tighten with tools just tighten up etc.. no idea what the soft white gasket it. Use the PE gasket in the spiggot bag.

Company in the UK which sell these are called Lab Unlimited. It seems to take them a couple of weeks to dispatch orders. They are probably about to get hit with a surge of sales that they have never seen before. These guys do reply to queries but not ultra rapidly. So good luck to them.
