~~Video Description~~

Slavery is a complicated and difficult subject to discuss, and especially when we discuss systems that were so close to our present lives, such as in the Antebellum South. There are an awful lot of arguments around it, many of which come directly from the mouths of those individuals who supported it historically. Although most of these arguments are obviously flawed...some are quite insidious. I discuss a few such arguments in this video that, despite being horrifically idiotic, are still quite pervasive due to their approach and the comfort they provide individuals who simply do not wish to acknowledge the simple truth that the Confederate States of America was a bad regime, the defeat of which was an unequivocal good.
