The chair legs were routed from plywood using the nesting technique with Amana's Solid Carbide Spiral Flute Plunge Downcut Router Bit #46202. Once the legs were glued together, the seat of the chair was created with Solid Carbide Spiral Compression Router Bit #46170, Carbide Tipped Plunging Round-Over Router Bit #49700 and Solid Carbide Mini Spiral Compression Router Bit #46180.
