Spanish Squats ( as much as I hate country names) are a great solution to knee pain. In spite of the big Knees Over Toes craze, most people with patella femoral pain will feel better with "knees over ankles" than with knees over toes. The Spanish Squat allows you to sit back, reduce ankle motion and get more of a true knee dominant movement.
