This product is formulated for use on a number of different applications such as stairs, as well as on the step boxes for trucks or lorries, for the application of decks on boats, for areas around swimming pools, for ramps as well as on tiled floors when entering a shopping centre or office block.
This product can also be used on pedestrian crossings, parking lot curbing, wheelchair access ramps, loading bay ramps, and on luggage trailer floors.

Non-Slip PU Roll-On Coating is a 2K Polyurethane paint that contains glass particles to give it anti-slip resistance. It has no adhesion to any specific substrate, therefore it will always need to have a primer applied before applying the anti-slip coat. Normally we recommend a single wet coat application with a spray gun using a minimum 2.5mm nozzle or with a foam roller, but never with a mohair roller or brush. The use of a hair roller or brush will result in a dragging effect and will cause an uneven textured finish.

Non-Slip PU Roll-On Coating has good abrasion resistance, has a gloss finish, and is resistant to mild acid, fuel, and brake fluid. Non-Slip PU Roll-On Coating will give a protective coating for a longer period where the heavy traffic movement is prominent, reducing re-application time to the surface.

Application Instructions
• Use the provided masking tape to demarcate the area that needs to be painted.
• Stir Part A thoroughly until an even texture is achieved, mix in all of Part B, stir thoroughly again and then pour into the tray.
• Use provided sponge roller and roll the coating onto the area using a single stroke from the start to the finish of the area, using multiple strokes could cause a dragging effect and a build-up of beads in a specific area.
Important Notes
