If you don't treat your dog with a slipped disc the right way, there's a potential that they could end up paralyzed and incontinent for life. And if you don't act quickly enough, even the best slipped disc surgery or at-home treatment will be doomed to failure. There are 2 main treatments of a slipped disc in dogs - conservative rest and pain killers, or surgery.
