It's been revealed Bruce Lehrmann rejected an offer to settle with Network Ten just weeks out from his disastrous defamation case.
Mr Lehrmann is now locked in a battle over millions of dollars in costs after the Federal Court found that, on the balance of probabilities, he did rape Brittany Higgins at Parliament House in 2019.
