Laura Linney and director Laura Chinn bring their emotional Tampa Bay movie “Suncoast” to Sundance. Loosely inspired by Chinn’s own experience growing up in Clearwater, FL it tells the story of a girl who has to navigate her teenage yours while caring for her brother, who’s terminally ill with cancer and in a hospice where it turns out Terry Schiavo, a flashpoint for national “dying with dignity” discourse, is also being treated.
