Today I want to make a simple, cheap, easy but delicious dish using eggplant. honestly, I'm not a big fan of eggplant because it has a weird taste, but trust me, this dish is so delicious, the weird eggplant taste is gone, I love it. so here's the recipe :

1 eggplant (mine around 200gr, I cut into 16)
150 gr all purpose flour
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
toasted sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish
