Since 2022, CORE has supported 33 Invincibility Centers across 8 regions of Ukraine through the harsh winter months. These Invincibility shelters provide a place of refuge for Ukrainians affected by attacks on their infrastructure, providing power, heat, and fellowship through winter blackouts.
