At today's Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) suggested walling off email from an operating system to prevent malware from going spreading into a computer, an idea his witness, Dan Lips, Vice President for National Security and Government Oversight of Lincoln Network, had not heard of before.
