Definitely the most easy Foil I've ever used to dockstart, as it needs no speed at all. It just glides from the moment you jump on it. It's almost impossible to get it stalling and therefor the deadstart is quite comfortable.
The Big Volume doesn't compromise top speed or Efficiency (compared to the Rise XXL, which is around the same size in square cm).
Also it glides quite well and I think it will become my new weapon for tiny boat wakes.
The carving and pitching is quite strange in the beginning if you're used to a more roundly shaped Foil. Not being so used to the Dockstarter, I can definitely go for harder turns and carve more comfortably on my Gong equipment. Time will tell If that will change at some point.
Overall I really like the Dockstarter, specially if there is no perfekt Dock or my Ladder around. Also it could make even smaller Wakes surf-able. But here again: Time will tell.
