The 2020 Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to scientists for proving the Milky Way's center contains a supermassive Black Hole! Congratulations to Sir Roger Penrose for describing black holes and to Andrea Ghez and Reinhard Genzel for proving that the object Sag A* at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy is a supermassive black hole! It's also the second year in a row the Nobel Prize was awarded to astronomers :)
