The workers who make Amy’s Kitchen burritos are forced to work over 8hrs a day, 6 days a week, and wrap 10+ burritos a minute. They say that rapid speeds and company neglect have led to repetitive stress injuries and chronic pain. They’re unionizing with the Teamsters to change that.
