What's up, fam! This is part 1 of a 2 part series about my last pop-up I did here in Chicago. One of the most overlooked parts of a pop-up is not the cook, but it's the planning. In this video I show you all how I go about planning for a pop-up. Where I start, what I prioritize, and how do I make it manageable enough so that I'd be willing to do it again.
