Ïrduadúr (Humans), track number 7 of VAR UMN's upcoming album.

According to our myths of creation, humans are the offspring of Morkadá (Father Bear) which burrowed holes on the skull of Umntkó Vur, the wolf god out of the void whose body created the mountains, the firs and pines. These holes became the cave networks of the fae-folk and the Hidden People for a thousand years while Father Bear slumbered. Upon waking up, the first humans came forth and unleashed war against the people of the caves.
