I received an invitation from Gambero Rosso, Italy's leading food and beverage evaluation institution, and went to Italy. 9 representatives from 9 different countries gathered, with no overlapping nationalities. We traveled together for eight days, tasting, eating, and studying. We learned a lot, witnessed vivid scenes, and ate and drank a lot. Of course, there were some strange episodes in the middle. But that's how life is, isn't it? Thanks to this opportunity, I have the opportunity to grow even more. I would like to express my gratitude to Gambero Rosso once again in this place.
