Earlier this year, an architectural wonder belonging to hip hop superstar, Pharrell Williams came up on the LA real estate market, and it’s not the only super unique property the man owns. The 13 time Grammy winner keeps multiple residences in his hometown of Virginia Beach, a newly purchased $30 million compound in Florida, and an all-glass mansion in Beverly Hills which he also put up for sale. We’ll take a look at 3 of Pharrell’s coolest properties – and we even found the listings! Pharrell Williams, best known as simply Pharrell is a singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer, fashion designer, and entrepreneur, who formed The Neptunes in the 90s with his friend Chad Hugo. They were a hip hop and r and b production dup and they produced songs for multiple artists at the time, before Pharrell became the lead vocalist of the band NERD. In 2006, Pharrell released his debut solo album, In My Mind, and later in 2013 he has featured on the hit song Blurred Lines with Robin Thicke and T.I. That same year, his song Happy was also a smash hit, AND he was featured on Daft Punk’s single Get Lucky which won Record of the Year as well as another Grammy award. So it seems It was quite the LUCKY year for Williams. Over his career, he’s received numerous awards such as 13 Grammys which I previously mentioned, and even two Academy Award nominations. These days, Pharrell is married to his longtime girlfriend, fashion designer and model Helen, and they have 4 children. As of 2020, Pharrell’s net worth is estimated at $150 million, making him one of the richest rappers in the world.
