I highlighted Rakuten because the company implemented a very drastic regulation of implementing English as the internal language for the Japanese-based company where all employees are expected to communicate in English while at work. This was a massive move that had a lot of risk involved but the company seemed to have thrived ever since. Of course, there's a lot of conversations sparked because of it (e.g losing the 'Japanese' identity and all) so as to whether it was the 'right' call or not is not for me to judge.

When I was coming up with that Monsters vs Aliens bit, the movie I had initially envisioned in my head was actually ‘Aliens VS Predators’... Needless to say, I was quite confused when googling the image used for this video.
