Canelés are a classic French pastry with a crisp, caramelized shell and a rich, creamy interior. These mini cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful with their shiny exterior. Although they can be a little tricky to make, they make a wonderful weekend baking project! Legend has it that these little cakes were prepared by nuns to feed the poor.

📌Ingredients :

2 cups of milk (500ml).
1 tablespoon od vanilla extract.
2 tablespoons of butter (30g).
1 cup of all purpose flour (125g).
~ 1 and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar (200g).
2 egg yolks.
2 medium eggs.
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water (15ml).
