Easily create a DELICIOUS and Healthy snack using dates!

This is my honest review and I am glad you are here.

So let's take a pack of dates, which are sometimes not all that pleasant to eat by themselves, and turn them into a delicious snack!

We start with a pack of Medjool dates. And honestly, these are not bad to eat plain, but I can only do a couple that way. I'm just not a date person, I can't help it. So my wife is ready to spice them up for us.

Watch as she blends these dates with some raisins, walnuts, and sesame seeds to create something wonderful.

Once the mixture is all blended, she'll roll bitesize balls from it, then they'll be ready to eat, no baking required.

Best part? There's no added sugars to this filling snack. And I don't even miss it because it tastes naturally sweet!

Bottom line? I never really have been a date fan. BUT, these particular kind of dates are pretty good. And when spiced up with this simple DIY recipe, they're DELICIOUS.

And you don't feel guilty snacking on them because they're so healthy for you.
